Today, MHSAA announced that we may proceed with football competition. Football practice for all 3 teams (varsity, JV and middle school) will resume on Tuesday, September 8! Tuesday and Wednesday will be in helmets and shoulder pads with full padded practice beginning on Thursday, 9/10. All of the same COVID policies and protocols will be in place as before the shutdown.

Practice schedule Tuesday (9/8) through Friday (9/11): 1/2 day of school all week:

Middle school: 4-6pm

JV: 4-7

Varsity: 4-7

The high school game season will pick up with week 4 games and will play a 6 game schedule. Each varsity team is then assigned into the playoffs by MHSAA.

• JV game is Thursday 9/17 at Mio 6pm
• Varsity opener is Friday 9/18 at Forest Area 7pm
• Middle school opener is TBA (we had a cancellation week 1 on 9/16…)
